Accounts

Purchases and Cancellations

• Prices are listed in USD and may change with notice.
• Self-paced courses: refund within 7 days if less than 10% consumed.
• Live cohorts/workshops: refundable up to 14 days before start.
• Taxes may apply based on your location.

Acceptable Use

• No unauthorized sharing of course materials.
• No harassment or abuse in community spaces.
• No reverse engineering or illegal conduct.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials are the property of Coolview Atelier or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use.

Disclaimers

We provide educational content “as is.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes or earnings. Use of tools and materials is at your discretion; follow all safety instructions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coolview Atelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
